To run a alp diary business during summer time signifies a lot of work and no days off. A variety of works have to be carried out from 6 o'clock in the morning until 22 o'clock in the evening. In one summer in the alp dairy Steinenberg approximately 2,7 tons of cheese and other milk products are produced. Beside dairy products, other fresh food from the farm are sold, such as meat and sausages, bread and pastries, jam, honey and a lot more.
